In Ayurveda, the gut is considered the root of health, often referred to as Agni (digestive fire). A strong Agni supports digestion, immunity, and mental clarity, while a weak Agni can lead to bloating, sluggishness, and imbalance in the body. Nourishing your gut with the right foods and mindful eating practices can bring harmony to your entire system.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in Sedulo hereafter referred to as "the Retreat", you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Registration and Payment

All participants must complete the registration form and submit payment in full to secure their spot at the Retreat.
Payment can be made via [insert accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer].
Early bird rates and group discounts may be available; details should be checked during registration.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The group may cancel their registration up to 30 days prior to the Retreat for a full refund, minus a processing fee of $500.
Cancellations made less than [30] days prior to the start of the Retreat will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event that the Retreat is canceled by the organizers, all group will receive a full refund.

4. Health and Safety

Guests are required to complete a health questionnaire prior to attending the Retreat.
It is the responsibility of guests all g to inform the organizers of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions.
Guests acknowledge that they are responsible for their health and safety during the Retreat and agree to follow all safety advice and instructions provided by the organizers.
